• Valid Passport (at least 6 months validity)

• Passport-size Photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm, white background)
• Round-trip Flight Tickets
• Hotel Booking Confirmation
• Bank Statement (last 3 months, minimum NPR 100,000 balance)
• Citizenship Certificate Copy
• Travel Insurance (recommended)

• Visa application form-1 copies on different pages (written by hand).
• Dummy ticket.
• Dummy hotel booking. 
• Itinerary. (If there is any program; no itinerary is required)
• Original Passport (front and back with minimum 6 months of validity and must have 2 blanks pages)-1 copy
