A Birth certificate & minor identity card must be provided.
Valid passports with 2 blank pages.
Copy of previous Schengen visas, valid US & UK visas (If any)
2 Passport Size Photos (35*40)
Previous Passports is suggested to be bound together.
Orignal Visa Cover Letter.
(Letter must contain family name & relationship, a copy of covering letter mentioning travel plan with self introduction)
Relation Certificate and Marriage Certificate (Both Required)

Proof of Occupation
Self Employed – Cover letter on company letter head, company registration, partnership, proof of paid tax.
Employed – Work contract, letter from employer (no- objection) confirming leave period & returning back to work, copy of staff id.
Student – Letter from school / College confirming your studies, holiday or leave given to you, copy of Student ID.
Retired – Proof of Retirement / Pension book.

Evidence of Financial Status
Self-Employed: Last 6 months Personal and Business Bank Statements & Property Valuation.
Employed: Last 3 months Salary Slips / 3month salary bank statement, Personal Bank Statement 6 months & Property Valuation.
Student & Unemployed: Last 6 months Bank Statement of parents or legal guardian.
Retired: Personal pension bank statement for last 6 months. Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business & Property Valuation.
Schengen Travel Medical Insurance
Insurance minimum coverage of 30000 Euros.
Flight Reservation
Round Trip Flight Booking.
